I won't lie, it's been a hard day. I have eaten all of the day's cookies and a meal of vegetables. The cookies do take the edge off hunger, but a meal is still needed. I think the key for me this week will be figuring out exactly what meal will be healthy at night but still be satisfying. Tommorrow at work should be fine, I am getting a free lunch so a salad will be the choice.
Football has been entertaining today, I have 1 win in my 3 fantasy leagues and maybe 1 more depending on the results tomorrow...
